Due to this the layout of the room was a bit different. In the investigation area we had little Lego bricks and some super creations were made. Alongside this was the writing table with lots of paper, envelopes and pens. Olivia enjoyed making pictures for mummy.
We also had the Tolo out where the role play usually is. Soft play was out in the middle of the room however it ended up all over the room as the children loved jumping in it, doing gymnastics and carrying it around. There was also a game called 'All tangled up' a younger version of Twister.
In the creative area we had the reading books and the sand. There were some exciting things buried in the sand - dinosaur bones. Lewis figured out that hitting them together made an interesting sound.
Snack was Pom Bears, fruit strings, party rings (free from biscuits for those with allergies) with strawberries along with milk or water to drink.
Then we had party games. Musical bumps, statues and chairs and best dancer competition. Poppy won for the girls and Arran and Lewis for the boys. Followed by another turn on the castle. Check out the photos on our photo gallery page.
Wow what a fun packed session. Wishing everyone a fantastic summer holiday and looking forward to our graduation tomorrow. THANK YOU.
