Christopher brought in a super Show and Tell for us to see. He showed us his helmet and goggles that he wore on his skiing trip to France. I liked the ears Christopher!
At get together time Eve told us that she is going to the cinema to see "Mr Peabody and Sherman". Then Jack's mum read us story called "The Richest Crocodile in the World"
We went outside to the garden first thing where we had great fun playing "In and Out the Dusty Bluebells". Eve was very good at being the "master" and what a long line we made.
We made super jungle trees using paper, scissors and paint.
We used the laptop to play at jigsaw puzzles online. We did jigsaws of tigers, giraffes and monkeys. Here is the link if you want to do them at home.
We had grapes, apples and pears for snack. Thanks to Lucie for her help to prepare snack today.
At get together time we heard news from Christopher who told us he is going to "Cheeky Monkeys". Aimee told us that her Grandpa didn't want to go to his own birthday party and Maya Rose told us that she had been to Cathkin to see baby Luke.
Today at nursery Amy told us about her special news. Her Auntie Hazel has just had her baby and he is called Aarron. Amy is super excited as she is going on the train to see him.
We continued making our big cat masks, by adding ears, eyes, a nose and painting either stripes or spots !
We used our imaginations and built pirate ships using our large bricks.
We practiced our fire drill and the children were very good at getting into line and walking quietly out of the building.
Cassidy helped prepare snack today, which was; cracker, cheese, cucumber and tomato.
We had a lovely time playing out in the nursery garden with our bikes and scooters.
Our story today was 'The Tail of the Whale' kindly brought in by Hana. Thank you Hana for bringing in this super book, it got us all talking about colour and things we can do on the snow.
Jason told us about the wonderful time he had with Buddy bear at the weekend. He took him to see animals at Calderglen Park and played with him on his pirate ship.

Lucie and Cassidy were super helpers as they kindly helped to prepare our snack of toast and banana.
We listened to two stories called "I love you mummy". And a really funny story called "If my dad were a dog".
We talked about who we love and why we love them.
Buddy Bear is going home with Jason for the weekend.
