The boys and girls had great fun making space dough for our topic. We used 2 cups of corn flour, 4 table spoons of hair conditioner and 2 sprinkles of glitter. The children used their hands to mix up the ingredients to make the dough. We then took the space dough outside along with the astronauts and rockets and had fun pretending it was the moon.
Snack today was wraps with cheesy triangles, plums and apples with milk or water to drink.
We celebrated some of the children's achievements; Ros can now ride her bike without using stabilisers, Euan now gets himself dressed for nursery and Olivia is a super big sister to Eva and a great help to mum and dad.
We went into the garden and played; on the nursery slope, with the sink and kitchen utensils, scooter and bikes, stepping stones, chalk board and space dough with space toys.
