In the small hall;
Mrs Blain was making Easter cards with the children with forks and paint, jewels and drawing.
Mrs Black was using straws and fairy liquid to make shape bubbles. It was a lot of fun and the children were able to confidently identify the shapes.
Lots of the children were using the doctors set and role play placing bandages on each other and checking temperatures.
The painting easel was popular, with a few of the girls covering their entire sheets in red paint.
The water tray had the water wheels and pourers which are always in demand and enjoyed by the children.
Snack was cereal a choice of weetablix, cornflakes or rice krispies with milk or water.
At reflection time Mrs Blain introduced the shape family to the new children and reminding the older children. They talked about being successful learners and Mrs Blain asked the question "What do we know now that we didn't know on Monday?" The best reply was that owls can live in burrows underground (a burrowing owl).
Buddy bear chose to go home with Nieve for the weekend.
Have a good weekend everyone.
