There were lots of great experiences out to challenge us. Mrs Brown was working with the children in the crèche room, they were building dens from our new huge tarpaulin sheets, pegs and train panels. Felix planned what his den would look like on paper first and then started to build it. There was some great teamwork going on.
Josh, Ben and Felix made tickets for their den, and nobody was allowed in without one...not even the teachers! Otis, Zara and Eilidh D noticed that the tarpaulin was making their hair static just like the balloon they were playing with a few weeks ago.
At Get together time we played a game to help us build our positional language. Mrs Blain hid the little dinosaur somewhere in the room and the children took turns to look for it. He hid in a box, under the mat, behind the puzzles, in front of the hand soap, beside the puppies, he even hid up somebody's jumper!
