For snack we had; buttered toast, peppers and apple with milk or water to drink.
We put our names on the board and then brushed out teeth with Mrs Brown.
Mrs Black played a game called tumblin monkeys, we pushed straws into place and then poured in the monkeys, we then had to take the straw out very carefully so not to let the monkeys fall out, Edward and Jasmine had great fun playing it.
We celebrated achievements; Katie puts her pyjamas on by herself, Logan took yucky medicine for 10 days, Olivia helped mum and dad with her baby sister and Ros now eats her lunch and dinner a little bit quicker now. Well done boys and girls these are super achievements.
Mrs Friel and Mrs Winsley took some of the children to Overtoun Park to look for Fir and Pine trees. The boys and girls were very good and found lots of them. We then sat down to draw the big Fir tree at the top of the park. Jack said "it looks like a triangle shape", Oscar said "its really big", Melody said "I've got a tree in my house, Matthew said "the trunk is a rectangle shape". Robbie said "I love drawing. The children drew some super trees and put them into our Christmas Floorbook.
To finish our day we practised our Nativity songs for our show in December.
Please let a member of staff know if your child has achieved something special at home.
