After welcome time we had a fire drill practice. The boys and girls did very well at lining up fast and getting out safely although they found it quite funny that we didn't change our shoes or put their jackets on.
Snack was yoghurt, breadsticks, pear and blueberries. This was a very popular snack today.
For the floorbook we were learning about the Mona Lisa and we were drawing on small squares and piecing them together like a jigsaw to make a picture. We also went upstairs to the Church to look at the stained glass window which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
Some children went into the garden and were using autumn resources for transient art, this was a fantastic way to make pictures however it was a little windy.
At reflection time the children used a drum to count how many syllables they have in their names.
