In the house corner we continued to have lots of fun playing in our Stonelaw Café. Burgers, chicken nuggets and pizza were on the menu, with lots of strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert! It's quite an expensive café.....Mrs Blain was charged £100 for a cupcake and a coffee!
The children also got busy making their own Valentine's cards and gifts.... but don't ask me who the recipients are because it's a secret!
Today it was Ros' turn for Show & Tell, she brought in her Mummy and Daddy's Coldplay CD. Ros told the children and the teachers her favourite songs on the CD were number three Paradise and number seven Every Teardrop is a Waterfall. She explained to all that we needed a CD player to hear the music :-).
At Physical Time we played a game of musical islands, but today our islands were heart shaped for Valentine's Day.
We all had great fun dancing around to the music, then running to find a free heart. Ros very kindly let us use her CD for our game and everyone decided they liked tracks three and seven too!
