The sand was proving ever popular and our shape cutters were being buried so deep that Adam had to get the digger and dig them out.
Anna and Euan were showing Mrs Friel how to play the memory game and they were brilliant at remembering where the matching pairs were hidden.
Mrs Black was trying out a bit of an experiment to find out about air pressure. The air pressure on Venus is very dense and we wanted to see if air weighed more than water. Jack and Ros were among the assistants as we filled a balloon with air and a bottle with water. It was a bit soggy as we watched the air push the water out of the straw in the bottle but we did love our fountain.
Jasmine, Edward and Craig were working hard on their Duplo structures. Jasmine made some jumps for the ponies to jump over, Craig had a very busy work van driving about and Edward's bridge was brilliant. It was so good Logan took a photo of it with our new camera.
Through in the small hall Stellan was seeing how many apples he could fit in his pocket - we counted 14 which was very impressive!!! Elijah had the scary dinosaurs fighting in the Jurassic world but they had to avoid the train track that Cody and Leon were constructing around the room.
Snack today was yummy pitta bread, houmous, cherry tomatoes and apple slices and we needed that energy boost as we were dancing to Sticky Kids at the end of the day. Hopefully all the children had worked off their snack by the time they are eating their lunch!!
We will see you all again tomorrow for more fun and learning.
